Pageants with Purpose
Miss Universe Queen and Mister Universe Trans are international advocacy-based pageants created to uplift, empower, and provide opportunities for marginalized transgender individuals and those living in poverty. In partnership with the Queen Universe Trust in New Delhi, India, these platforms go beyond the stage—serving as vehicles for education, visibility, and leadership development within communities too often left unheard.
Unlike traditional pageantry, the focus of these systems is not limited to physical beauty. Instead, they celebrate universal beauty that transcends appearance, highlighting authenticity, resilience, and the power of lived experience. Contestants are encouraged to use their voices as leaders, advocates, and change-makers, driving conversations around human rights, equity, and the dignity of all people.
With a strong emphasis on community service and advocacy, Miss Universe Queen and Mister Universe Trans embody the belief that pageantry can be a tool for social progress. Each titleholder becomes an ambassador for inclusion, carrying forward the mission of empowerment and solidarity for transgender communities worldwide.

Mission
Miss Universe Queen & Mister Universe Trans, in partnership with the Queen Universe Trust, exist to celebrate, empower, and uplift marginalized transgender individuals and people living in poverty. Through advocacy-based pageantry, leadership development, and visibility, we provide an affirming, inclusive space for trans, nonbinary, and gender-diverse leaders to emerge.

We envision a world where universal beauty is understood as authenticity, compassion, and leadership, not merely physical appearance; where transgender and gender-diverse individuals everywhere are seen, heard, and honored; where those living in poverty have pathways to opportunity, voice, and recognition; and where advocacy, service, and solidarity are central to celebrated leadership.

Why It Matters
Our work matters because it provides visibility, resources, and opportunities for transgender individuals who face extreme hardship and marginalization. Representatives use their platforms to raise awareness and garner support that would otherwise be inaccessible.

Registration and Competition Information 2025
Registration is open to all transgender individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. Prospective contestants are encouraged complete an application, submit required documentation, and review competition guidelines.
