Nationally recognized for nearly two decades of leadership, artistry, and advocacy, Dylan White has redefined visibility for the LGBTQ+ community. From award-winning productions and groundbreaking stage performances to national recognition in activism and public speaking, Dylan’s work uplifts intersectional voices and inspires change worldwide.
Preparing to represent with purpose at Mister Universe Trans 2025 in New Delhi, Dylan’s journey centers advocacy, equity, and the elevation of trans voices on a global stage.
Dylan White
Dylan White (also known as Dylan B. Dickherson White) has been a nationally accomplished entertainer, public speaker, facilitator, and award-winning producer of large-scale events for the LGBTQ+ community for nearly 18 years. In 2023 alone, Dylan earned five national awards for his administrative work as National Director of Trans USA and Promoter of Gay Capital City United States, was featured as a headlining entertainer at Nashville Pride, and officially incorporated his LLC focused on uplifting exceptional entertainers and events consultants with intersectional identities.
Prior to assuming his role with Trans USA, Dylan served as Mr. Trans USA in 2022 and as Operations Manager for the Gay United States Pageantry System. He also co-founded TransPride Pittsburgh and served as the lead producer for the TransPride National Showcase for several years.
As the first fully pre-op trans man to model in an international Andrew Christian campaign (Fluidity 2018), Dylan is no stranger to breaking barriers in the community. His platform as DC’s first Mx. Capital Pride also extended to the planning and execution of trans-focused programming during World Pride 2025, including a featured session at the International Human Rights Conference.
Professionally, Dylan serves as a Scientific Program Manager at the U.S. National Institutes of Health. He has also facilitated numerous discussions on LGBTQ+ identities, non-profit leadership, and accessibility in the workplace, serving as both an advisor and speaker at the corporate and collegiate levels.
In preparation for Mister Universe Trans, which will take place from December 5-7 in New Delhi, India, Dylan has begun work on his decade-long dream of developing and producing the Trans Access Conference in 2026, providing a much needed platform for grassroots trans leaders and advocates from across the globe to develop their skills and share invaluable resources that often remain inaccessible without the backing of multimillion-dollar entities.
